Every car in the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass

The Car Pass is a 30 car add-on that drips one new car into your garage every week. 16 of those 30 have been announced and 15 are claimable right now. This page has all 16 with class, PI, drivetrain and power, the date each one unlocked, and a straight answer on whether you can get them without paying. The other 14 have not been named, so they are not on here.

Can you get these cars without the pass

The question everyone lands here to ask.

Not by playing. We checked all 16 announced cars against our car database and every one of them is pass-only: none appears in the Autoshow, a Wheelspin, a barn or the Festival Playlist as a second way in. There is no grind that gets you these. You buy the pass, or you buy the single car for $2.99.

One thing that trips people up: the Autoshow does list these cars, but only after you have claimed them once. That is there so you can re-buy a car you sold, not a back door into the pass. Claiming is free and permanent, so there is no reason to hold off.

On value, the pass is $29.99 for 30 cars, roughly $1.00 each, against $2.99 to buy one on its own. It breaks even at about 11 cars. The honest caveat is that 14 of the 30 are still unannounced, so part of what you are buying has not been shown. Prices are US store prices and go on sale, so check before you buy.

It skews Japanese, which fits the setting. 10 of the 16 announced cars are JDM, across 11 manufacturers, and they run from D class up to R. This is not a hypercar pack.

The schedule

One car a week from May 19, 2026, which is launch day, through December 8, 2026, the date the official page gives. After that the garage is complete and all 30can be claimed at once. Forza Horizon 6 itself launched May 19, 2026.

Car Pass, quick answers

How many cars are in the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass?
30 in total. Playground releases them one a week, starting May 19, 2026 and finishing December 8, 2026, which is the end date the official page gives. 16 have been announced so far, and 15 of those are claimable now. The remaining 14 have not been named, so this page does not guess at them.
Can you get Car Pass cars without buying the Car Pass?
Not by playing. All 16 announced cars are pass-only in our dataset, meaning none of them shows up in the Autoshow, a Wheelspin or the Festival Playlist as a second route in. You either own the pass or buy that single car for $2.99. Once you claim a car for the first time, it does become buyable again with in-game credits, which matters if you sell it or want a second one.
Is the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass worth it?
That depends on how you buy. At $29.99 for 30 cars the pass works out around $1.00 a car, against $2.99 to buy one on its own, so it pays for itself once you want about 11 of them. The catch is that 14 of the 30 are still unannounced, so you are partly buying a list nobody has seen. If the cars announced so far already cover what you want to drive, the pass is the cheaper way in.
Do you keep Car Pass cars permanently?
Yes. A claimed Car Pass car sits in your garage like any other car, and it is not seasonal content, so it does not rotate out the way a Festival Playlist reward does. It also stays claimable later, so missing the week a car drops costs you nothing.
How do you claim Car Pass cars?
Drive to any Horizon Festival Outpost or a Player House, open Buy & Sell, and pick Car Pass. From there you can take one car or claim every car released so far in one go. That is the official route, straight from the Forza support page linked at the bottom of this page.
Which editions include the Car Pass?
The Deluxe Edition, Premium Edition and Premium Add-ons Bundle. If you already own one of those, you have the pass and do not need to buy it again. It is also sold on its own for $29.99.
What is the best car in the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass?
By raw Performance Index it is the 1972 Datsun 269 Attacking the Clock Racing 240Z 'All Carbon Hill Climb Beast' at 951 PI, R class. Best for you depends on what you race, and the announced cars run all the way from D class (the 1972 Honda Z GT at 100 PI) up to R, so this is a spread rather than a pack of top-end cars.
When does the next Car Pass car unlock?
The next announced drop is the 1983 Nissan Skyline 2000 Turbo RS on September 3, 2026. Dates here were last checked 2026-08-28.

The release schedule comes from the official Forza support page for the weeks it lists, and from the Forza Wiki for the weeks the official page has not caught up on yet, last checked 2026-08-28. Car specs come from our car database, last verified 2026-05-27, and how we check them is on data sources.
